Regional Customer Service Manager – APAC

We are looking for a Regional Customer Service Manager – APAC to lead customer service operations across the region in a multinational environment. This role will be based in Thailand, directly managing the local team while overseeing remote teams across APAC to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Thailand customer service team and provide remote leadership across APAC
  • Oversee end-to-end customer service operations (order management, issue resolution, service delivery)
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to enhance customer experience
  • Act as the regional escalation point for complex customer issues
  • Drive process standardization and improvements using SAP
  • Manage cross-country teams effectively across different cultures and time zones

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in customer service or operations in a multinational company
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role with regional exposure
  • Experience managing remote teams across APAC
  • SAP proficiency (order management/customer service modules)
  • Fluent in English; Thai preferred
  • Experience in Food Safety Diagnostics or related industries is a strong advantage
