A leading retail group is hiring a Supply Chain and Logistics Senior Manager to support the Head of Department in overseeing regional end-to-end operations across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will manage complex operations—including international inbound flows, customs compliance, distribution centers, 3PLs, inventory control, and e-commerce fulfillment—while leading transformation projects in automation and data analytics to improve efficiency, lower costs, and support sustainability.

What you'll do:

• Support the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics in executing comprehensive strategies to align network design with brand expansion across Southeast Asia.
• Oversee daily distribution center and 3PL operations, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs, productivity, quality standards, capacity utilization, and safety protocols.
• International sea/air freight consolidation, customs clearance, and trade compliance, leveraging FTAs and duty reduction strategies across regional jurisdictions.
• Manage store replenishment, campaign launches, and inter-market transfers while maintaining specialized protocols for temperature-controlled goods (F&B/confectionery) and high-value luxury security.
• Drive peak performance for major promotional events by coordinating last-mile delivery partners and executing peak-readiness plans.
• Manage end-to-end return processes, including customer returns, return-to-vendor (RTV) procedures, defective stock, and exit planning.
• Lead tendering, contract negotiations, and performance reviews for freight, 3PL, and last-mile vendors, while building an ethical, cost-effective supplier base.
• Safeguard stock accuracy via cycle counts and shrinkage controls, utilizing aging analysis and data insights to balance inventory availability with holding costs.

What you bring:

• 10+ years of logistics/supply chain management in retail, fashion, FMCG, or e-commerce, with 3–5 years in senior management leading teams of 10+ members.
• Proven multi-market Southeast Asia experience, with strong knowledge of customs, import/export regulations, Incoterms, duty optimization, and cross-border freight.
• Extensive background managing large-scale 3PL partnerships, distribution centers, shipping, warehousing, and peak-event e-commerce fulfillment.
• Demonstrated success in inventory control, multi-brand procurement, and driving documented cost-reduction and network-improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with global/regional brand headquarters, franchisors, and cross-border stakeholders to align operations with business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or Business, paired with working knowledge of RPA/process automation; APICS (CSCP/CLTD) or Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
