We sought to first address the widening gap in production technician and operator hires in South Korea, delivering a bespoke end-to-end RPO solution with a primary focus on turning around direct recruitment delivery and reducing unnecessary agency spend.
Designed to meet the bespoke needs of our clients and provide support and expertise at every stage of the talent acquisition lifecycle, our Full RPO solution sees us own and manage the entire hiring lifecycle – from the provision of workforce planning to sourcing, selection, assessment, offer management and onboarding.
Our first year of partnership exceeded expectations, and the client was eager to expand our solution to their operations outside of South Korea as a result. We expanded our service delivery to Singapore and Malaysia in 2017, ANZ in 2019, and the Philippines in 2023. Today, our team is made up of 15 recruitment experts, supporting 7 countries in APAC. With this came scope expansions as well, including mid-senior and internal talent acquisition roles.
