A leading multinational FMCG company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of a high-profile consumer brand portfolio. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role will lead brand strategy development, innovation planning, consumer activation, and integrated marketing communications while managing key business performance indicators including market share, penetration, profitability, and brand health.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced FMCG marketer who combines strong commercial acumen with a passion for consumer insights, innovation, and building brands that deliver meaningful business results.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives
- Translate brand strategies into actionable commercial plans, budgets, and execution roadmaps
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, category dynamics, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
- Own and manage brand P&L, market share, penetration, and overall brand health performance
- Drive innovation projects, including new product development, renovation initiatives, and portfolio optimization
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns across multiple touchpoints
- Partner with creative, media, and design agencies to deliver impactful consumer campaigns and brand assets
- Create consumer activation programs and promotional initiatives to drive penetration and brand engagement
- Define pricing, portfolio, and pack architecture strategies to maximize category growth
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Insights, Category Development, and Finance teams to ensure successful commercial execution
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and business performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 8+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Category Management within FMCG
- Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns
- Strong experience in innovation, new product development, and portfolio management
- Demonstrated ability to manage brand P&L and drive commercial performance
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating consumer and market insights into growth strategies
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing communications, consumer activation, and media planning
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Highly proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
