A leading FMCG company is looking for a Brand Manager to join its team and drive brand development and marketing execution. This is a hands-on role where you will lead brand positioning, communication strategy, and new product initiatives to support sustainable business growth.
With continuous brand expansion and product innovation, this role offers strong exposure to both strategic planning and execution, making it ideal for marketers who enjoy building brands and understanding consumer behavior.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute brand and communication strategies to enhance brand positioning
- Define and manage brand identity and positioning across all channels
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and customer behaviour to support decision-making
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for brand growth
- Support product development and marketing planning initiatives
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) in collaboration with R&D
- Monitor campaign performance and evaluate marketing effectiveness
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields
- Experience in FMCG is highly preferred
- Strong skills in communication, analytical thinking, and project management
- Understanding of consumer behaviour and food market trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute effectively
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability
