What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end brand management, including strategy, planning, and execution
- Develop and execute annual brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, and offline channels
- Manage campaign development from concept to execution and performance evaluation
- Lead product innovation, new product launches, and portfolio lifecycle management
- Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional teams
- Manage relationships with external agencies including creative, media, PR, and research partners
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and optimisation of ROI
- Monitor brand performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Support digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives to drive consumer engagement and sales growth
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and clear communication across all projects
What You Bring
- 5–8 years’ experience in brand management or marketing within FMCG or consumer goods industries
- Experience in personal care, hygiene, or beauty categories is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and product launches
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and brand positioning
- Solid experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign ROI
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in Thai and English
