A leading FMCG healthcare company is looking for a Senior Innovation & NPD Manager - FMCG to drive innovation and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across categories including Supplements, Skincare, Personal care, Functional drinks and more.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into successful products, working cross-functionally, and shaping long-term portfolio growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead new product development from concept to commercialization
• Drive category growth strategies and identify innovation opportunities
• Manage product portfolio, including new launches, reformulations, extensions, and SKU optimization
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and external partners
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure successful product launches and strong market competitiveness

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Cosmetic Science, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Development, Innovation, NPD, or Portfolio Management
• Experience in Healthcare, Consumer Health, FMCG, Supplements, Skincare, Food & Beverage, or related industries
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate insights into business growth
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
