What you'll do:

  • Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing calendars that cover all business channels for multiple food and beverage brands, ensuring each campaign is tailored to specific audiences.
  • Oversee the brand image of each outlet by maintaining consistency in tone, aesthetics, and customer perception while adapting strategies for both regular mall environments and fast-paced airport transit zones.
  • Monitor market trends in food and beverage as well as consumer behaviour to adjust strategies quickly so that brands remain culturally relevant and appealing.
  • Lead end-to-end strategic marketing projects from conceptualisation through execution, ensuring seamless integration across physical branches, delivery platforms, websites, and social media.
  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as grand openings, seasonal menu launches, pop-up cafés, and tasting events designed to drive foot traffic and conversion rates.
  • Design promotional strategies for offline events that adapt mechanics to suit different operating environments while defining KPIs for each campaign or event.
  • Set the strategic direction for content creation teams so culinary storytelling aligns with brand pillars and current F&B trends.
  • Guide media design teams on visual communication strategies to ensure impactful creatives across digital touchpoints as well as physical store elements.
  • Strategise visual merchandising for physical stores including menu board designs, POSM materials, table standees, restaurant ambiance, coordinating with vendors for timely installation compliant with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with performance teams to allocate media spend strategically for high-priority projects while utilising CRM data to plan targeted activities that reward loyal diners.

What you bring:

  • Experience in developing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels including physical retail locations, delivery platforms, websites, and social media.
  • Proven ability to oversee brand image management by maintaining consistency in tone, aesthetics, and customer perception tailored to diverse target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage market trends combined with sensitivity towards consumer behaviour analysis for agile strategy adjustment.
  • Demonstrated skill in leading end-to-end marketing projects from conceptualisation through execution with seamless omnichannel integration.
  • Expertise in planning offline events such as grand openings or menu launches aimed at driving foot traffic while defining KPIs for campaign evaluation.
  • Ability to set strategic direction for content creation teams ensuring alignment with brand pillars and current industry trends.
  • Experience guiding media design teams on visual communication strategies for impactful creatives across digital touchpoints as well as physical store elements.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles including menu board design POSM materials table standees restaurant ambiance coordination with vendors compliant with safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing techniques including strategic allocation of media spend based on project priorities seasonal campaigns or new menu drops.
