Brand is establishing its Thailand office in Bangkok and is seeking a Brand & Communication Part Leader to support this exciting market entry. This is a key role offering the opportunity to build brand presence from the ground up, shape local marketing strategy, and work closely with regional and HQ stakeholders during a critical growth phase.
The role will initially focus on brand development, communication strategy, market research, and commercial marketing activities, with the long‑term objective of leading end‑to‑end brand and commercial strategy locally as the Thailand organisation expands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand and communication strategy for brand
- Support market research and consumer insight generation during the initial setup phase
- Translate global brand direction into locally relevant marketing plans
- Plan and execute commercial marketing and communication activities
- Work closely with HQ and regional teams to align strategy and execution
- Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders on market activities
- Support long‑term development of end‑to‑end brand and commercial strategy
- Contribute to strengthening brand awareness and penetration in Thailand
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communication roles
- Open to candidates from any industry background in FMCG (MNCs/Thai Company/startup)
- Strong understanding of brand building, communication, and commercial marketing
- Hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a start‑up or business‑setup environment
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑cultural communication skills
- Willing to work 100% office‑based in Bangkok
