Head of Marketing - FMCG will lead end-to-end marketing strategy for a dynamic portfolio spanning food & Beverage, personal care and functional wellness products
Reporting directly to General Manager, this role will drive brand growth, oversee innovation pipelines, and deliver integrated marketing communications, while working closely with Sales to ensure strong commercial execution.
This is a high-impact leadership role combining multinational FMCG standards with the agility and creativity of fast-growing Thai wellness and beauty brands.
What you'll do:
- Define and execute overall marketing strategy across multiple brands and categories
- Lead brand positioning, portfolio management, and long-term growth planning
- Oversee full-funnel marketing from awareness to conversion and retention
- Manage core brands through Senior Brand Managers, ensuring strong performance and consistency
- Own end-to-end New Product Development (NPD), from ideation to go-to-market launch
- Drive innovation across multi-categories
- Lead integrated marketing communications across digital, social, influencer, and retail channels
- Oversee in-house creative and graphic team to ensure high-quality brand execution
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align marketing strategy with trade execution
- Lead and develop a team of ~40 members, with 5 direct reports (Brand, NPD, Creative leads)
What you bring:
- 10–15+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or Beauty/Wellness
- Strong expertise in brand management and integrated marketing strategy
- Proven track record in driving successful product innovation and NPD pipelines
- Experience managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to link marketing to business results
- Deep understanding of Thai consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
