A leading organisation in Bangkok is seeking a Marketing Manager – Sponsor to drive growth and visibility for its sport drink portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to lead sponsorship initiatives, ground activations, and digital campaigns within a dynamic and collaborative marketing team.
You will work across brand, digital, and partnership functions to deliver impactful marketing programmes, strengthen connections with sports communities, and elevate brand presence both on-ground and online. What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the sponsor and sport drink portfolio
- Lead ground activations including events, sponsorships, and consumer engagement activities
- Manage core product or portfolio initiatives to drive brand growth
- Collaborate with sales, digital, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Manage relationships with sports organisations, influencers, and media partners
- Drive digital campaigns across social media, content, and online platforms
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis and reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the sports beverage sector
- Support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Ensure all marketing activities meet compliance and ethical standards
What you bring:
- Experience in marketing within the sports or beverage industry
- Proven track record in sponsorships, events, or ground activation campaigns
- Strong digital mindset with hands-on experience in online campaigns and analytics
- Experience managing core products or large marketing portfolios
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness and market trends
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Passion for sport and consumer-focused marketing
- Fluent in English (Thai language skills are an advantage)
