What you'll do:

As the Marketing Manager based in Chonburi, you will be entrusted with coordinating multifaceted marketing operations across local and international teams.

  • Coordinate marketing activities across domestic, regional, and global teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Manage product sampling processes by ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer engagement strategies to showcase company capabilities.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, supply chain, R&D, and marketing teams to enable effective operations and provide sales teams with relevant marketing collaterals.
  • Conduct customer engagement programmes at client sites by presenting tailored product samples, presentations, and value propositions that strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute engagement activities aimed at driving new business opportunities.
  • Create compelling product presentations, digital marketing materials, direct emails, renders, and other collateral for B2B marketing communication.
  • Organise and attend promotional events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and connect with potential customers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new applications, customers, trends, opportunities, risks, and support go-to-market planning through feasibility studies.
  • Perform competitor mapping by analysing competitive landscape, pricing strategies, product differentiation, and positioning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that support strategic planning and operational execution for senior management.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager role brings a wealth of experience from previous positions in marketing or related fields.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration or any business-related field is required for this position.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in Marketing demonstrates your proven track record in delivering results within similar roles.
  • Fluent English proficiency is essential both written and verbal for effective communication across global teams.
  • Possess strong analytical skills enabling you to interpret market data accurately for actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation skills are necessary for creating engaging materials that resonate with clients during customer engagement programmes.
