A leading global consumer brand is seeking a Category & Channel Manager – Consumer Business to drive trade marketing strategy, retail excellence, and consumer engagement across key retail channels in Thailand. This role will partner closely with commercial teams and retailers to develop impactful activation plans, optimize marketing investments, and enhance the consumer journey across both online and offline touchpoints.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute channel and trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth, brand visibility, and shopper engagement
- Partner with commercial teams to identify opportunities, address business challenges, and maximize retail performance
- Create and implement retail activation plans including POS materials, co-op programs, merchandising initiatives, and promotional campaigns
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing investments to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with retailers to enhance the omnichannel customer journey across in-store and digital touchpoints
- Support annual planning, trade investment planning, and commercial presentations for retail partners
- Oversee execution of retail marketing projects, visual merchandising, consumer activation programs, and in-store experiences
- Work closely with agencies, suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor retail performance, shopper behavior, traffic trends, and activation effectiveness to generate actionable insights
- Conduct regular market visits and provide recommendations to improve execution quality and customer experience
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Regional teams
- Share market insights, best practices, and business updates with local and regional stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, or Commercial Marketing
- Strong understanding of retail activation, consumer journey, and shopper marketing principles
- Experience working closely with key retail partners and commercial teams
- Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Budget planning and investment management experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English and Thai
- Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
