What you'll do:

  • Guide and support a team of Medical Science Liaisons by providing ongoing mentorship, feedback, and development opportunities tailored to their individual strengths.
  • Deliver effective field coaching sessions designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and confidence of your team members in real-world settings.
  • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales in both local and regional settings by participating in regular meetings and sharing valuable medical insights.
  • Ensure seamless communication between medical affairs and other departments to drive alignment on strategic objectives and shared goals.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and resources for both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure up-to-date scientific understanding.
  • Monitor industry trends within cardiology and endocrinology to inform best practices and maintain the highest standards of medical excellence.
  • Oversee compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in every aspect of medical affairs activities.

What you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required, demonstrating your solid foundation in pharmaceutical sciences essential for this role.
  • An MBA qualification would be considered an advantage as it brings additional business acumen into strategic decision-making processes.
  • At least three years’ proven experience in medical roles ensures you possess the practical knowledge needed for success in this position.
