What you'll do:

  • Identify and evaluate new in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives in Thailand pharmaceutical market.
  • Manage the entire product portfolio by developing tailored strategies that maximise market presence and ensure long-term success.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with large multinational corporations, fostering strong relationships built on trust and mutual benefit.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to anticipate trends, assess competitive landscapes, and inform decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory affairs, and sales to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Develop actionable business plans that seize emerging opportunities while mitigating potential risks in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
  • Monitor performance metrics across all portfolios to ensure targets are met and recommend adjustments as needed for optimal results.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into market developments and strategic recommendations.
  • Support new product launches by coordinating feasibility studies, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues’ development, and contributing positively to team goals.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager within a multinational pharmaceutical company is essential for this position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in launching new products successfully into competitive markets is required.
  • Proven skills in business analysis including profit & loss management are necessary for effective performance.
  • Experience conducting feasibility tests is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities enable you to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset ensures you thrive when working alongside diverse teams towards shared objectives.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities empower you to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication skills are vital for presenting ideas clearly in meetings or written reports intended for senior leaders.
