A leading global organisation in FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Head of Trade Marketing to lead its strategic demand function in Thailand. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape category growth, drive customer-centric strategies, and unlock value across a diverse product portfolio.

You will work at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, translating global direction into locally relevant execution while building a high-performing, collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business performance while contributing to a purpose-driven organisation focused on health through nutrition.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute a clear category vision aligned with global strategy, translating it into actionable, customer-focused plans
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Insights to drive sustainable growth and market share
  • Own the One Demand agenda, balancing portfolio and trade-offs to optimise business outcomes
  • Drive annual customer planning, ensuring excellence in retail execution from strategy through to in-store activation
  • Leverage shopper, consumer, and channel insights to develop impactful go-to-market strategies
  • Optimise trade investments, including pricing architecture, promotions, and overall ROI
  • Partner with research agencies to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a strong talent pipeline and collaborative culture
  • Strengthen customer relationships to drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term growth
  • Bring brand and category strategies to life through compelling in-store execution

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong experience in FMCG across Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Customer Marketing, or Category Leadership
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional or matrix teams to deliver business results
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Experience in people leadership, including talent development and team engagement
  • Expertise in areas such as Portfolio Strategy, Category Management, Customer Marketing, and Perfect Store execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good command of English
