What you'll do:

As Social Media and Digital Communications Assistant Manager based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s online presence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing multiple social media platforms by developing engaging content calendars that capture the essence of the brand. You will work collaboratively with creative agencies and internal teams to produce visually appealing posts that adhere strictly to brand guidelines. Community engagement is central to this role.

  • Formulate and maintain a comprehensive monthly content calendar across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the company website, ensuring timely dissemination of engaging posts.
  • Plan, brief, and coordinate visual and written content with internal teams, creative agencies, and relevant stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Supervise daily posting activities as well as community interactions by responding promptly and thoughtfully to comments and messages in order to foster positive engagement.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends to identify new opportunities for audience engagement, innovative content formats, and refined approaches.
  • Track key performance indicators such as reach, engagement rates, follower growth; provide detailed monthly reports containing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with brands and appointed digital agencies to plan and execute strategic digital campaigns across paid social media channels, search engines, display advertising networks, retargeting platforms, and other pertinent digital spaces.
  • Lead media planning efforts with digital agencies to optimise budget allocation, targeting strategies, and return on investment across all campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of campaign assets including key visuals, landing pages, ad copy while ensuring consistency with brand identity.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily or weekly basis utilising data-driven optimisation techniques to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Work collaboratively with CRM, retail, and marketing teams to align digital initiatives with key business periods such as product launches or special events.
