- Demonstrated ability to leverage MarTech stacks—including Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Marketing Automation—to enhance customer engagement and drive measurable business growth.
- Proven track record managing multi-country or regional campaigns with an emphasis on localisation strategies that respect cultural differences while maintaining brand integrity.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams—including IT, business units—and managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies at a global level.
- Expertise in integrating data from various platforms to enable comprehensive customer journey optimisation from awareness through conversion.
- In-depth understanding of digital platforms management including website ecosystems, CRM systems, eCommerce marketplaces as well as hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong project management skills combined with excellent stakeholder management abilities; able to coordinate complex projects involving multiple regions simultaneously.
- Ability to develop standardised reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights into campaign performance metrics including eCommerce KPIs.
