Head of Corporate Communications and Health Affairs, SEA – FMCG (Nutrition) Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: BKK

An exciting opportunity to join a leading global nutrition company as Head of Corporate Communications & Health Affairs, SEA. This regional leadership role oversees Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore, driving corporate reputation, scientific thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications across the region.

You will play a critical role in positioning the organization as a trusted authority in nutrition while leading corporate affairs, advocacy, crisis management, internal communications, and health affairs initiatives. Reporting to senior regional leadership, you will manage a high-performing team and work closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute the regional Health Affairs and Corporate Communications strategy across Southeast Asia.
• Strengthen the company's reputation as a scientific leader in health and nutrition.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, government agencies, industry associations, NGOs, retailers, and key opinion leaders.
• Lead external communications, media relations, advocacy programs, and corporate reputation initiatives.
• Manage crisis communications and issues management in line with global standards.
• Drive internal communications and associate engagement programs across the region.
• Partner with regulatory and government stakeholders to support business objectives and a favorable operating environment.
• Lead customer and consumer care communication strategies.
• Manage regional budgets, agency partners, and a team of Health Affairs and Communications professionals.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biological Sciences, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Significant experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, Public Relations, Health Affairs, Scientific Affairs, or related functions.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging government bodies, KOLs, academia, media, and industry partners.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, nutrition, animal health, pharmaceutical, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong crisis management, advocacy, and strategic communication capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
