What you'll do:

As Creative Lead – Education, you will play a crucial role in guiding a dynamic group of graphic designers who support global marketing initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing incoming creative requests from various countries via ticketing systems, ensuring that your team’s workload is balanced and projects are delivered on time. You will review designs for quality assurance, offer constructive feedback, and collaborate with senior leadership to maintain brand consistency.   • Oversee the daily operations of a five-person graphic design team, ensuring all tasks are distributed fairly and completed efficiently.
  • Act as the main point of contact for incoming creative requests from global marketing teams, managing workflow through ticketing systems.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on design work produced by your team members, maintaining consistent quality standards across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand & Creative to align visual communications with organisational objectives and brand guidelines.
