A leading consumer technology company is seeking a Product Marketing (Demand Creation) professional to join its dynamic marketing team in Bangkok. This role will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end demand generation strategies, driving product awareness and consumer engagement, and ensuring successful product launches across the market.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute overall Demand Creation strategies across ATL and BTL channels to support business objectives and growth targets
- Drive consumer demand through integrated marketing initiatives that enhance awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and community interests to identify growth opportunities and drive marketing effectiveness
- Manage and optimize KOL and KOC partnerships to amplify brand communication and maximize campaign performance
- Plan and manage A&P budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment and resource utilization
- Leverage customer behavior, CMK insights, and customer journey data to deliver customer-centric marketing initiatives
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including launch strategy, communication planning, launch events, promotional activities, and merchandising displays
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns from briefing through implementation and evaluation
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to create and maintain impactful retail and shopfront displays that strengthen product visibility
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Specialists, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to ensure alignment of product strategies and communication direction
- Support go-to-market execution and drive successful commercialization of products across channels
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Generation, or GTM functions
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, customer insights, and marketing analytics
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Proven ability to execute successful product launches and demand generation initiatives
- Experience working with KOLs, KOCs, influencers, or community engagement programs
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, or other content creation tools will be an advantage
- Passion for lifestyle or content creation is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel and visit retail stores as required
