A Chinese law office in Bangkok is seeking a Senior Associate Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join its esteemed Corporate Regulatory and Advisory Team. What you'll do:

* Act as the principal lawyer for the Corporate Regulatory and Advisory Team, providing comprehensive guidance and strategic direction on all pertinent matters.

* Plan, allocate, supervise, and meticulously review the work of Junior and Mid-level Lawyers to ensure timely completion of assignments.

* Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance of legal documents to guarantee precision, consistency, completeness, and practical utility for clients.

* Take responsibility for complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases necessitating senior-level judgement and expertise.

* Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee the preparation of an extensive range of commercial agreements across various sectors.

* Monitor timelines for DBD corporate maintenance tasks whilst reviewing documents and submissions for regulatory conformity.

What you bring:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from an accredited institution is required for this position.

* A valid Thai Lawyer's License is mandatory to practice law in Thailand.

* At least 8–10 years of demonstrable experience specializing in corporate and commercial law is essential.

* Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various commercial contracts across multiple sectors.

* Comprehensive understanding of corporate law principles including restructuring strategies and DBD registration requirements.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
