A leading organisation automobile and motorcycle control is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. What you'll do:

As the Senior Talent Acquisition, you will be in charged to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across various functions and levels and partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, direct sourcing, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting and shortlisting through interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse recruitment data and KPIs to identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other recruitment partners.
• Support employer branding initiatives and continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Participate in other HR and recruitment projects as assigned.

What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Talent Acquisition [Specialist/Consultant/etc.], having experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or engineering recruitment is preferred. You should also have good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions and levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS or recruitment systems is an advantage.
• Thai nationality is preferred due to the nature of the business
