Talent Acquisition Lead – Data Center Sector

Our client, a leading player in the Data Center industry, is looking for a dynamic and visionary Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead their recruitment strategy and build world-class engineering, technical, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Talent Strategy: Lead, design, and execute full-lifecycle recruitment strategies specifically tailored for technical and niche Data Center roles.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, understanding business needs to forecast future hiring demands.

  • Talent Pipeline Building: Proactively source and engage passive tech/engineering talent, building a robust pipeline for critical roles across multiple sites.

  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand within the tech and infrastructure communities through targeted networking and industry events.

  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize ATS metrics and market data to optimize the hiring process, reduce time-to-hire, and elevate candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring within the Data Center, High-Tech Infrastructure, Telecommunications, or Heavy Engineering sectors.

  • Leadership Mindset: Experience leading recruitment initiatives, managing stakeholders, or mentoring junior recruiters.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of tech infrastructure roles (e.g., Critical Facilities, Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, Network Architects).

  • Agility & Flexibility: Comfortable managing talent needs across multiple key hubs and plant locations.

  • Strong Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage high-caliber talent.
