Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 Year contract)

In this individual contributor role, you will operate with a high degree of independence, managing your own portfolio and serving as the direct Talent acquisition partner to our business leaders. Leveraging 10+ years of experience and deep roots in the FMCG sector, you will use your exceptional stakeholder management skills and polished professional presence to deliver top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment without requiring day-to-day supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles across diverse FMCG business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations).

  • Strategic Stakeholder Consultation: Act as the sole point of contact for senior executives and department heads. Confidently guide hiring managers through market realities, calibrate job profiles, and drive the interview process to a close.

  • Proactive Pipeline Construction: Independently source, map, and headhunt passive talent within the FMCG landscape, building a sustainable network for critical, hard-to-fill roles.

  • Data-Driven Advisory: Use market intelligence and recruitment metrics to advise stakeholders on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring timelines.

  • Candidate Experience Ownership: Deliver a flawless, professional, and engaging experience for candidates from initial outreach through to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a distinct track record of success within the FMCG industry.

  • Proven ability to work independently, self-prioritize tasks, and thrive in an environment with minimal oversight. You are a self-starter who takes total accountability for your KPIs.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the confidence and articulation required to negotiate and influence senior leadership.

  • Good interpersonal and consultation skills. Ability to challenge hiring managers constructively and manage complex matrix relationships smoothly.

  • Effortlessly adapting your communication style to connect with everyone from entry-level talent to executive leadership.
