Organization Development Manager

In this strategic role, you will act as a core architect of our institutional growth strengthening the foundational systems that support our people, structure, and performance. You will combine a collaborative, consultative approach with sophisticated data analytics to design sustainable workforce strategies, clarify organizational alignment, and ensure the organization continues to deliver world-class institutional performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management Frameworks: Design, refine, and champion modern performance management systems that align individual contributions with long-term strategic missions.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with finance and operational leaders to forecast long-term talent demands, identify capability gaps, and optimize human resource allocations.

  • Organization Design & Structural Alignment: Evaluate existing business units and structures to recommend and implement organizational designs that improve agility, eliminate silos, and optimize operational workflow.

  • Job Architecture & Role Clarity: Build and govern a comprehensive job architecture framework. Create clear career paths, evaluate jobs accurately, and foster cross-functional role clarity across the institution.

  • Data-Driven OD Decisions: Champion the use of HR and business analytics. Turn qualitative organizational assessments and quantitative workforce metrics into actionable structural adjustments.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 8–12+ years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Strategic HR, or Management Consulting. Prior experience leading an OD function or CoE is highly preferred.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong domain expertise across organization design, performance management models, and workforce modeling.

  • Data & Analytics Acumen: Proficient in using data analytics, surveying methodologies, and organizational health metrics to back up structural decisions.

  • Interpersonal & Professional Presence: A warm, emotionally intelligent leader who builds genuine trust with business leaders, department chiefs, and administrative teams alike. You rely on diplomacy, active listening, and clear communication rather than authority to drive change.
