Learning and Development Assistant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives, talent development programmes, and capability-building strategies that support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
- Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies aligned with organisational growth objectives.
- Design and coordinate training programmes covering onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and professional competencies.
- Manage learning operations, including training administration, vendor coordination, learning records, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) administration and support digital learning initiatives.
- Create and enhance learning content, including e-learning modules and blended learning solutions.
- Measure training effectiveness and provide insights to improve learning outcomes.
- Support talent development programmes, succession planning, and high-potential employee initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee growth across the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or HR Development.
- Strong experience designing and delivering learning programmes and development initiatives.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
- Good command of English.
