Learning and Development Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives, talent development programmes, and capability-building strategies that support business growth and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth industry where people development plays a critical role in supporting expansion and future-ready talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
  • Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies aligned with organisational growth objectives.
  • Design and coordinate training programmes covering onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and professional competencies.
  • Manage learning operations, including training administration, vendor coordination, learning records, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) administration and support digital learning initiatives.
  • Create and enhance learning content, including e-learning modules and blended learning solutions.
  • Measure training effectiveness and provide insights to improve learning outcomes.
  • Support talent development programmes, succession planning, and high-potential employee initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee growth across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or HR Development.
  • Strong experience designing and delivering learning programmes and development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
  • Good command of English.
