This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong expertise in HR systems, digital transformation, and HR process improvement. You will play a key role in driving HR technology initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the HRIS.
• Manage HR system projects, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to streamline HR processes and improve user experience.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop HR dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
• Provide system training and user support for HR teams.
• Partner with vendors and IT to resolve system issues and deliver new solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or HR digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and HR data management.
• Good command of English.
