Regional Total Rewards Manager & HR Manager
A leading global logistics organisation is seeking Total Rewards Manager double hatted HR Manager to join their APAC team in Bangkok.
In this role, you will wear double hat of Total Rewards Manager and HR Manager. You will be at the heart of both strategic and operational HR, managing compensation and benefits, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
What you'll do:
As the Total Rewards Manager and HR Manager based in Bangkok, you will play two key roles and be part of HR APAC team. For HR Manager role, you will be taking care of populations in regional office for end to end employee recycle. You will be hands on from HR strategy to execution and be key business partner to advise line managers for HR solutions while managing and ensure smooth HR operations until payroll administration that also align with labor law.
- Oversee HR from onboarding to offboarding of regional office employees to ensuring seamless delivery of services such as payroll administration, monitor HR processes comply with company policies, guidelines, and local legislation including budgeting, promotion, retention strategy, performance management and handle employee cases
- Collaborate closely with regional HR Centres of Excellence (COE) to align HR initiatives with broader business goals and ensure effective communication across teams.
In the Total Rewards Manager, you will play regional role and work with local HR across APAC to ensure alignment of local, regional and global rewards strategies and structures.
- Work closely with global and local HRs across APAC to ensure alignment of total rewards strategies and execution including budgeting, salary incrementation, bonus allocation, market data, job evaluation, salary structure, market benchmarking, etc
What you bring:

Your background should include significant experience managing HR operations within multinational settings where ability to work in diverse culture is important.
- At least ten years’ experience in compensation & benefits functions within multinational organisations is essential for understanding complex regulatory environments and diverse workforces.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Thai labour law along with familiarity with local immigration processes ensures full compliance in all employment matters.
- Strong command of English is necessary for effective communication across multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Workday as well as Microsoft Office applications enables efficient data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail allow you to interpret data accurately for decision-making purposes.
