What you'll do:
As Head of Human Resources Manufacturing in Ayuthaya, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the manufacturing facility. * Lead, develop, and manage the local HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services while maintaining strict adherence to company policies and fostering a supportive team environment.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing insights and recommendations on workforce management strategies and employee relations matters.
* Partner closely with line managers and key stakeholders to support hiring decisions, performance management processes, workforce planning activities, and retention initiatives tailored to business needs.
* Oversee all HR operational activities including payroll management, HRIS administration, and employee payroll services to guarantee accuracy and compliance with Thai labour laws.
* Manage employee relations issues such as workplace disputes and labour union negotiations with sensitivity, ensuring smooth conflict resolution while upholding a positive organisational culture.
* Lead risk management efforts within HR by handling disciplinary actions, grievances, terminations, and ensuring all processes align with legal requirements.
* Direct end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for shopfloor roles to ensure timely acquisition of talent that supports ongoing business objectives.
* Collaborate effectively with regional and global HR teams to adapt broader programmes for local implementation while providing regular updates on workforce trends and key metrics.
