A leading global manufacturing organisation in Chonburi is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Manager to join their team.

What you'll do:


As a Human Resources Business Partner Manager based in Chonburi, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of HR full cycle at the site. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve partnering with management to deliver strategic HR solutions that support business objectives while ensuring compliance with local laws.

By collaborating with regional teams on workforce planning, leadership development, and change management initiatives, you will help shape the future direction of HR within the organisation. Your ability to maintain positive employee engagement, implement talent management and succession planning will be crucial to create solid organization development. Additionally, you will leverage data-driven insights from HR KPIs to continuously improve service delivery.


* Partner with local management teams to execute business strategies and implement HR practices that align with organisational objectives and local regulations.
* Provide expert guidance on all people-related matters throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent review, and succession planning.
* Drive and coordinate the application of the overall HR agenda at the site by implementing annual HR activities such as salary planning, performance reviews, objective setting, and talent reviews.
* Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations by offering expertise on personnel matters such as disciplinary terminations and maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with regional HR and global Centres of Excellence (CoE) for strategic people matters including workforce planning, leadership development, compensation & benefits, and organisation design.
* Perform recruitment for local site and initiate employer branding efforts to attract top talent to the site.
* Utilise HR KPIs to monitor service levels offered to the business, identify areas for improvement, and drive actionable solutions.


What you bring:


To excel as a Human Resources Business Partner Manager in Chonburi, you will bring substantial experience gained from previous roles within human resources—ideally within manufacturing or similar industries. Your educational background equips you with foundational knowledge in HR management or related fields while any additional certifications highlight your dedication towards continuous learning.

Your interpersonal skills are important, you communicate clearly whether advising senior leaders or supporting frontline staff. Analytical thinking allows you not only to interpret data but also translate it into actionable insights that enhance service delivery.


* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, organisational studies or business administration is required for this position.
* Multiyear experience in human resources generalist/business partner roles with business understanding and solid knowledge in full loop HR including talent management and succession planning
* Exceptional communication skills allow you to build trustful relationships across all levels of the organisation while handling sensitive issues tactfully.
* Proactive problem-solving abilities help you anticipate challenges before they arise while delivering practical solutions that benefit both employees and management.
* Ability to communicate well in English is a must
