Executive Assistant to CEO - Human Resource Blackground
This role involves managing executive-level tasks, coordinating HR initiatives, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes for executive meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of key projects led by the CEO.
Human Resources Support:
- Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation as needed.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees in alignment with organisational goals.
- Support performance management processes and ensure compliance with labour laws/regulations.
- Help foster a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives and activities.
Office Management & Coordination:
- Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies/services.
- Organise company events, team-building activities, and other corporate functions.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Proven experience in Human Resources or people management is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools/software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
