A renowned global manufacturing organisation is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee the full spectrum of payroll operations and compensation strategies for their thriving plant.

What you'll do:

As Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing every aspect of payroll operations while also taking a strategic view of how compensation structures can be optimised for both cost-effectiveness and employee engagement.

* Report directly to the HR Director while ensuring seamless communication across departments regarding compensation and benefits matters.

* Oversee the accuracy of all payroll data processing activities, maintaining meticulous records and compliance with relevant regulations.

* Manage salary increments, bonus allocations, promotions, and budgeting cycles by providing timely and precise data to support senior management decision-making.

* Develop comprehensive reports and analyses that inform leadership about compensation trends, budget forecasts, and workforce planning needs.

* Share expert recommendations on compensation and benefits offerings as well as process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

* Continuously review current benefit programmes to identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings while maintaining competitiveness in the market.

* Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to communicate changes effectively and offer tailored solutions that address business needs.

* Champion best practices in data analytics related to compensation metrics, using insights to drive informed decision-making throughout the organisation.

What you bring:

* Demonstrated experience managing full loop compensation and benefits processes within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment is essential for this position.

* Proficiency in communicating fluently in English with both local colleagues and foreign stakeholders is required to ensure effective cross-cultural collaboration.

* Advanced skills in data analytics are necessary for interpreting complex datasets related to payroll, budgeting, market benchmarking, and workforce planning.

* Strong interpersonal skills are needed for engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation while offering thoughtful solutions tailored to business needs.

* Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly while upholding confidentiality standards is important when handling payroll or personal employee data.

* Familiarity with current trends in employee benefits design will enable you to suggest enhancements that improve overall satisfaction without compromising cost efficiency.

* A collaborative mindset combined with a commitment to supporting team goals ensures successful implementation of new initiatives across departments.
