HRBP
We are seeking a skilled and proactive HRIS Specialist/Analyst to support our Human Resources team in managing and optimizing our HR systems. This role will be critical in ensuring the accuracy of employee data, streamlining HR processes, and providing actionable insights through reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR technology platforms and a passion for improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Administration: Manage and maintain the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee data entry and system functionality.

Data Integrity & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to local labor laws.

Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends, metrics, and KPIs that support strategic decision-making.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate or enhance HR workflows using the HRIS platform.

Technical Support & Training: Provide training sessions for HR staff and employees on system usage while troubleshooting technical issues as needed.

System Upgrades & Projects: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on system upgrades, new implementations, or integrations with other platforms (e.g., payroll systems).

Security & Confidentiality: Ensure sensitive employee information is securely stored and managed in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM Cloud).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.

Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll management, benefits administration, recruitment, and performance tracking.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in system implementation or upgrades within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Knowledge of SQL or database query languages is a plus.
