• Identify, evaluate, and develop new investment opportunities that align with strategic priorities by conducting thorough market research and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead the full transaction lifecycle including financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence processes, structuring transactions, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with legal and financial advisors.
• Prepare comprehensive investment materials for presentation to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and depth in all communications throughout the deal process.
• Manage deal execution timelines meticulously to guarantee high-quality delivery across all phases of each transaction.
• Partner closely with management teams of invested businesses to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance through targeted value creation initiatives such as growth strategies and cost optimisation.
• Monitor business performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting strategic initiatives including expansion plans, business transformation projects, and readiness for exit events.
• Engage effectively with internal senior stakeholders as well as external parties such as advisors, lenders, co-investors, and company management teams to foster trust-based relationships at both strategic and operational levels.
• Support and lead exit processes including strategic sales, capital market transactions, or secondary deals to maximise value realisation for all parties involved.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices in investment analysis, deal execution, and stakeholder management while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Drive continuous improvement of investment processes by sharing insights gained from previous transactions and actively participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Demonstrated track record managing full-cycle M&A transactions including origination, negotiation, structuring and execution is critical for success in this role.
• Proven ability to drive post-investment value creation initiatives such as business transformation projects or operational improvements is highly desirable.
• Advanced financial modelling skills combined with strong valuation capabilities are necessary for effective deal assessment and execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to engage confidently with senior executives internally as well as external advisors, lenders and co-investors are vital.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members within a collaborative setting will be beneficial for fostering team development.
• Outstanding communication abilities including pitching complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences are important for influencing key decisions.
