You will play a pivotal role in championing staff development initiatives by organising training opportunities that empower educators to grow professionally. By ensuring compliance with regulations and advocating for continuous improvement in curriculum design as well as student support services, you will help shape the future direction of these schools. Success in this role requires sensitivity to stakeholder needs, commitment to nurturing positive relationships within the community, and dedication to advancing educational excellence.

  • Oversee the full business management of six schools, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organisational objectives through collaborative efforts.
  • Manage all aspects of profit and loss for each school, developing strategies that foster financial sustainability while maintaining high standards of educational delivery.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including parents, staff, students, and external partners to build strong relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
  • Develop and implement policies that promote inclusive learning environments and support the holistic development of students across all institutions.
  • Guide school leaders in setting targets, monitoring progress, and sharing best practices to ensure consistent improvement throughout the group.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance staff training opportunities, encourage professional growth, and nurture a culture of continuous learning within the schools.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by working closely with relevant authorities and maintaining transparent communication channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement in curriculum design, resource allocation, and student support services.
  • Lead change management processes sensitively by considering the needs of all stakeholders and fostering a sense of togetherness during transitions.
  • Represent the group at industry events and forums to share insights, network with peers, and advocate for educational advancement.

Interpersonal skills are essential; you must be able to collaborate effectively within teams while guiding others towards common objectives. Experience leading sensitive change management processes is highly valued as is your capacity for policy development around flexible working arrangements or pension schemes. A knowledgeable perspective on curriculum innovation combined with commitment to ongoing professional development rounds out your profile. Candidates who have worked internationally or possess expatriate experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Demonstrated experience managing overall business operations within an educational context or similar sector where collaboration is key.
