What you'll do:

As Managing Director – Real Estate, you will be entrusted with overseeing a select portfolio of mid to luxury segment residential projects in Bangkok. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve guiding your own quality management team through each stage of development—from sales strategy formulation to construction oversight—ensuring every project reflects the highest standards of excellence. You will work collaboratively with department heads, nurture relationships with external partners, and champion inclusive practices within your team. Success in this role means delivering outstanding results across all six projects while fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Your ability to coordinate complex operations, monitor financial performance, and promote ongoing training will be key to achieving organisational goals.

• Oversee the end-to-end management of six mid to luxury segment residential projects, ensuring all developments are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with your own dedicated quality management team to uphold exceptional standards across construction and handover phases.
• Work alongside existing heads of department to foster a cooperative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and mutual support.
• Drive sales strategies for both residential (housing) and commercial buildings, focusing on premium developments rather than mass-market offerings.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial planning through to final handover at year-end.
• Monitor financial performance across all projects, providing guidance on cost control and resource allocation to maximise value for stakeholders.
• Engage with external partners including contractors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships built on trust and reliability.
• Champion inclusive practices within your team, promoting diversity and supporting under-represented groups throughout the organisation.
• Report regularly on project progress to senior leadership, highlighting achievements as well as areas for improvement in a considerate manner.
