- Provide direct oversight of all direct-operated stores and back-office units, ensuring instructional standardisation, equipment maintenance, and service quality meet top-tier international standards.
- Promote indoor skiing culture throughout Thailand by converting market traffic into high-loyalty memberships through engaging community initiatives.
- Integrate overseas skiing services into the local ecosystem to establish a seamless customer experience chain from technical training to international ski travel.
- Take full responsibility for financial performance including P&L management, optimising cost structures while maintaining premium positioning within the market.

- You have held senior management roles such as C-Level or VP executive positions within major corporations or have demonstrated entrepreneurial success.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to solving practical business challenges at both executive and operational levels.
- You bring proven experience from industries such as premium fitness, high-end lifestyle brands, hospitality or education operations.
