What you'll do:
As an Operations Manager – Facility Management (Chinese Speaking), you will be entrusted with overseeing the seamless operation of multiple contracts within Thailand. Your days will be filled with engaging tasks such as implementing new processes tailored to local needs, guiding your team towards shared goals through mentorship and support, and maintaining open lines of communication with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction. - Establish robust processes and procedures tailored specifically for the Thailand market, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sites.
- Mentor and support staff at various levels by providing guidance, training opportunities, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Drive the introduction of best practices throughout all managed sites by identifying value-add opportunities that enhance service quality and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular engagement, using established frameworks such as Client for Life to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Interpret financial reports accurately each month, managing accounts in line with budget plans while identifying areas for cost optimisation or investment.
- Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations by developing site-specific standard operating procedures and monitoring adherence among all employees.
- Understand contractual obligations thoroughly to guarantee that all customer expectations are met under each agreement.
- Promote a culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement among both internal teams and external stakeholders.
