What you'll do:

• Oversee all aspects of the Thai Programme, ensuring alignment with national curriculum requirements as well as the broader vision of the school.
• Hold responsibility for maintaining full compliance with MOE and OPEC regulations, including timely submission of documentation and adherence to statutory guidelines.
• Serve as the official holder of the Thai school licence, acting as the primary liaison between the school and relevant government authorities.
• Lead on all matters related to Thai education law and licensing processes, providing expert guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement policies that promote academic excellence, student wellbeing, and cultural understanding within the Thai Programme.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and external partners through regular communication and community events.
• Support recruitment, induction, mentoring, and ongoing professional development for teachers within the Thai Programme.
• Monitor teaching quality through classroom observations, feedback sessions, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with international programme leaders to ensure cohesive delivery of bilingual education that meets both local and global standards.

• Holding an Educational Administrator License from the Teachers Council of Thailand (คุรุสภา) is essential for eligibility as licence holder.
• Demonstrated eligibility to be named as the official licence holder for school registration purposes is required.
• Extensive experience working within both Thai and international schools is highly desirable for this role.
• Exceptional bilingual communication skills in both Thai and English are necessary to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
• A comprehensive understanding of MOE/OPEC regulations along with proven ability to manage compliance processes is crucial.
