What you'll do:

• Design and execute validation protocols for food safety, microbiology, and chemical testing, addressing matrix interferences and optimizing detection limits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop SOPs, technical reports, and scientific evidence to support new applications, customer adoption, sales opportunities, and product launches.
• Provide advanced on-site or remote technical support for complex testing challenges, assisting with escalations, troubleshooting, and customer demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia to address market-specific needs through laboratory evaluations, sample testing, and application development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory capabilities by enhancing methods, documentation practices, equipment usage, and supporting accreditation or expansion initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with international standards and regulatory frameworks while maintaining high-quality, reproducible laboratory work and technical documentation.
• Share insights and best practices across regional teams, contributing to training programs that strengthen knowledge and expertise throughout Southeast Asia.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in microbiological or chemical testing laboratories, with expertise in method validation and application development.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 quality management systems and international accreditation standards.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot challenging sample matrices and design scientifically sound experiments.
• Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written) for technical reporting, presentations, and regional collaboration.
• Experience supporting customer-facing projects or field technical service activities, translating scientific findings into practical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams in Southeast Asia.
