A leading organisation in Chonburi is seeking a Programme Coordinator to manage mass production activities and facilitate seamless product transitions from development to manufacturing. In this role, you will leverage your project management and engineering expertise to foster strong relationships with internal teams and global customers, ensuring total satisfaction.

What you'll do:

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure mass production requirements are met efficiently.
• Develop and track comprehensive roadmaps and validation milestones, aligning project progress with team goals and customer expectations.
• Partner with the NPI Programme Management team to facilitate seamless transitions from product development to full-scale manufacturing.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing team on raw material qualifications and deviations, maintaining meticulous tracking logs for all open tasks until resolution.
• Serve as the critical link between the factory floor and the customer, ensuring clear, two-way communication regarding issues, concerns, and progress.
• Proactively anticipate customer needs and rally internal teams to meet or exceed expectations through diligent follow-up and collaborative problem-solving.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with additional tasks as requested, contributing to the broader success and growth of the organization.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering to provide a solid technical foundation.
• At least three years of experience in a relevant industry as a Programme Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Product Leader, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) manufacturing flows to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Excellent command of English to facilitate clear, effective communication with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for accurate data analysis and the meticulous management of tracking logs.
• A proven ability to address complex challenges from multiple perspectives, combined with a collaborative mindset that fosters trust and cooperation across departments.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and an empathetic approach, ensuring team members feel supported while driving collective outcomes.
