What you'll do:

• Lead multiple data centre projects, aligning delivery with business goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: design, construction, commissioning, and migration, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Manage critical infrastructure implementation (power, cooling, networking) for mission-critical operations.
• Develop and control project budgets, optimising resources and maintaining cost discipline.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation and contingency planning.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Act as the key liaison for executives, clients, and vendors, providing clear progress and risk updates.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to achieve favourable commercial outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
• Use project management tools to track progress, analyse data, and support decision-making.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Over 10 years of large-scale project management experience, including more than five years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, networking).
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong contract negotiation experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CDCP) preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Familiarity with industry standards ((ITIL/ISO/OSHA) and advanced project management tools.
