An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SEA Workplace and Facilities Manager to join a global organisation. This role supports office and facility management across multiple countries in the region. It works closely with local teams to plan, manage, and improve office spaces, ensuring they meet business needs, stay within budget, and provide a safe and effective work environment. The role reports to the APAC Facilities and Safety Lead and helps coordinate activities across different locations to keep operations consistent and efficient. * Play a central role in managing office environments across several Southeast Asia countries, ensuring each location supports business goals while providing a safe and comfortable space for employees. * Work collaboratively with local teams and stakeholders to deliver successful office setups, relocations, renovations, and ongoing improvements that enhance workplace quality. * Enjoy the opportunity to influence regional strategy while benefiting from supportive leadership, cross-cultural teamwork, and the satisfaction of making workplaces better for everyone.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and support stakeholders throughout office setup, relocation, and renovation projects by carefully managing timelines and costs to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Create and maintain functional, safe, and comfortable work environments that consistently align with company standards across all assigned locations.
  • Track and manage leases, renewals, and related agreements to guarantee they meet evolving business requirements while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers by overseeing contract delivery and ensuring high-quality service at every stage.
  • Monitor space usage trends across offices to provide valuable insights that inform future workforce planning and office design decisions.
  • Oversee daily facilities operations including maintenance scheduling, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations by implementing robust reporting systems and proactive risk management strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date emergency plans while supporting regular safety training sessions and drills to promote preparedness among all staff members.
  • Track incidents as required by policy to ensure accurate documentation and facilitate ongoing improvements in workplace safety.

What you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, architecture, occupational health or a related field provides a strong foundation for understanding complex facilities requirements.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in workplace or office facility management across more than two countries demonstrates your ability to handle multi-site responsibilities effectively.
  • Proven results in project management show your capability to deliver successful outcomes on time while keeping budgets under control.
  • Experience managing budgets ensures you can balance financial stewardship with delivering high-quality workplace solutions.
  • A high degree of integrity and professionalism allows you to establish credibility quickly with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to work independently highlights your self-motivation while being highly organised ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
