A leading global organization in Rayong is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to shape long-term supply chain strategies, drive operational excellence, and foster continuous improvement. In this role, you will lead business transformation initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights, advanced scenario planning, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize productivity and eliminate losses. Additionally, you will connect with global and regional networks to benchmark performance, share best practices, and support new product development.

• What you bring:

• Develop long-term factory master plans, custodian medium-to-long-term capacity planning based on demand forecasts and manage capital investment budgets for innovation and growth.
• Partner with engineering and planning teams to design resilient supply solutions, conduct advanced scenario modeling, and lead labor planning for efficient headcount allocation.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to champion cost-saving initiatives, deliver value targets, and manage focused improvement programs (e.g., Mars Supply Excellence) to maximize equipment efficiency and eliminate losses.
• Track operational and financialKPIs, seamlessly integrate new product developments into supply strategies, and leverage global/regional networks to benchmark performance and support change management.
  • What you bring:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Statistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years in factory management (including supply chain operations, planning strategies, or financial analysis).
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment, showcasing collaborative and supportive leadership.
• Proven experience coordinating complex multi-stakeholder initiatives and integrating new product development into supply strategies.
• Advanced ability to interpret statistical and financial data for strategic decision-making.
• Strong background in continuous improvement, with LEAN, TPM, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification considered a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination, a good command of written and spoken English for international collaboration, and the ability to connect global networks for knowledge sharing.
