What you'll do:

• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility through commercialization, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Product Development team by providing guidance, performance feedback, and opportunities for continuous growth.
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that support innovation and product pipeline development.
• Create product strategies by defining value propositions, product concepts, and differentiation to strengthen market competitiveness.
• Evaluate product performance after launch by reviewing sales results, customer feedback, and market response, and recommend enhancements where needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Operations, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external manufacturers, suppliers, and development partners to secure high-quality materials and reliable production support.
• Prepare and oversee project plans, including milestones, resource planning, budget management, and risk mitigation, to ensure efficient execution.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams by facilitating training, workshops, and effective communication.
• Ensure all products and development activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and company policies.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product development experience in cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or dietary supplements.
• Proven experience managing new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• At least 3 years of team leadership and people management experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
