As a Production Engineer based in Chonburi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining high standards of quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing production planning, monitoring key metrics, resolving quality concerns, and communicating progress with various stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Manage manufacturing workflows to maximize operational efficiency.
• Track performance metrics and implement proactive strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Resolve internal and external quality concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Maintain transparent reports regarding production health and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine facility operations and KPIs.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or an equivalent field).
• Strong proficiency in English to facilitate seamless interaction with global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to interpret production data and pinpoint process improvement opportunities.

• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve quality concerns quickly and effectively.
