What you'll do:

• Oversee daily production operations and scheduling to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
• Manage line leaders to ensure effective execution of production plans and optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor production equipment and operational performance to maximize productivity, minimize downtime, and ensure equipment efficiency.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer requirements while driving initiatives to minimize scrap and production waste.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support new product development, production readiness, and process improvements.
• Ensure adequate availability of raw materials, production supplies, and proper inventory management, including storage and product traceability.
• Promote workplace safety, 6S practices, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
• Lead and develop production personnel through training, performance monitoring, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required; holding a Master's degree is considered advantageous for this position.
• A minimum of ten years' experience in manufacturing environments is essential along with at least three years spent in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities coupled with logical thinking skills are vital for effective root cause analysis within complex operational settings.
• Proficiency in performance management systems such as KPI (Key Performance Indicators), OKR (Objectives & Key Results), and MBO (Management by Objectives) is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English as well as Thai enables clear communication across diverse teams.
• Advanced computer literacy including proficiency in relevant office applications supports efficient reporting and operational oversight.
