A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to oversee all aspects of demand planning, master scheduling, and capacity management. In this role, you will balance customer requirements with optimal production costs while shaping supply chain strategy and driving continuous improvement. What You'll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end supply planning function, including customer demand forecasting, master scheduling, and capacity planning, to align production with company goals and customer requirements.
• Develop detailed production plans and budgets to guarantee timely order fulfilment while optimizing operational costs and collaborating with purchasing to maintain ideal inventory levels.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production departments to coordinate supply management and ensure seamless, on-time product delivery.
• Foster a high-performing team environment by providing leadership, coaching, and structured professional development for planning personnel.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identify challenges in meeting customer expectations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, health guidelines, environmental regulations, and company policies throughout the entire planning process.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management that detail performance against targets, highlight potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience in supply and demand planning within a complex manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in master production scheduling and capacity planning.
• Demonstrated ability to balance finished goods inventory levels while maximizing machine utilization, workforce efficiency, and achieving operational targets.
• Strong background in leading, mentoring, and coaching teams, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and supporting professional development.
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) and HACCP requirements, alongside a strict commitment to safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, clearly articulate plans, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production).
• A considerate, empathetic approach to problem-solving when addressing internal or external supply chain challenges under pressure.
