An exciting opportunity to join a leading global electronics manufacturer as a Production Manager at in Chon Buri. This role bridges local contract manufacturing operations with an international management team in Europe. You’ll oversee production processes for electronic assemblies (including fibre-optic transceivers), ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery while driving operational excellence and new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations to meet volume and quality targets.
• Collaborate with local teams and EU-based management to align goals and resolve challenges.
• Implement process improvements, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage resources efficiently, monitor KPIs, and deliver detailed production reports.
• Support the launch of new products and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing management within electronic assembly or similar environments (e.g., PCBA or fibre-optic transceivers).
• Fluency in Thai and English; German is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with expertise in quality control, resource planning, and process optimisation.
• Proven ability to drive team performance and implement strategic improvements.
